It was “Veer-Zaara” all over again at the Eden Gardens here Wednesday with Bollywood superstars Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta, owners of Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings X1 Punjab, cheering their teams on as they battled it in the Qualifier 1 of the seventh edition of Indian Premier League (IPL).
Another said, “Shahrukh Khan for Kolkata, Preity Zinta for Punjab, it is all Veer Zaara in the #IPL today.”
